The Quietus House
is a consulting firm dedicated to providing support and various services before, during, and after death. We are committed to educating, creating a space where love and loss can co-exist, and having conversations that move grief and emotions experienced around dying.
Hi, I’m Carin.
The creation of The Quietus House stems from my passion for in-home hospice care.
As a registered nurse of 24 years, I’ve worked in a variety of specialties, and caring for others during these difficult times is where I found my heart.
This is what led me to pursue additional training as an End-of-Life doula.
I am committed to bringing peace and completeness at a time when most are at a place of loss.
I bring a keen listening and a willingness to provide a safe space for everyone during a time of transition - including having conversations to help friends and families move through profound grief to a life celebrated.
